I recently had the pleasure of photographing Yvonne and Steve's wedding at Grand Palms Hotel and Golf Resort (http://www.grandpalmsresort.com) in sunny south Florida. I was delighted to see the results of Yvonne's months of planning. Everything was beautiful and there were several symbolic events such as a sand ceremony, and butterfly release. Yvonne looked fabulous and was excited about her big day. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He said something that brightened and still brightens my day. While he was coming down the isle, he looked at me, smiled and said, "Lovely picture." I was taken aback. He hadn't seen the pictures as yet and amidst the joy of the moment, he felt confident that they would be beautiful and took the time to say it. Photography is my passion and one of the greatest joys I have is to see it bring joy to others. Thanks Steve :-)
One of my favorite things about weddings is being able to meet the family and friends that mean so much to the couple. It was great seeing everyone having a great time and surround Yvonne and Steve with hearts full of love.
Special thanks to the on-site event planner, Cynthia for all your help with lending us the golf cart and just overall fulfilling my requests with a smile! Great job!!! :-)
Yvonne and Steve, I wish you only the very best. I am happy that the desires of your hearts have been fulfilled in finding true love with each other. May the years only make it stronger and richer!

Ok honey! U captured all the love and the fun. I love that pic with her throwing the bouquet and the ladies in the back - shows how ready they were. I love ALL the pics; the sand, the butterflies, walking down the aisle, and tell Steve he's got a gift inmotivating u the way he did by his statement. Thats awesome! Great job honey. Much love.
Thanks Teka :-) I'm happy you enjoyed them. Have an awesome day! :-)
Ok ok ok ....I'm definitely feeling the tilted angle and color one there. And the one immediately after it (deliberate out of focus).
GMike.
Beautiful Shelly. Your photography is inspiring. Love the rings on the golf balls. Will be watching your blog often from now. Take care
