Mae and Tad's Maternity Session (Palm Beach Island, Florida)

Last week Sunday, I had the pleasure of meeting Mae and Tad again at the same private beach on Palm Beach Island that I photographed their wedding during July this year. You will also remember them from Carly and Branch's wedding in November this year. They are a wonderful couple and we have started to feel more like family :-) They were awesome during their photo session because even though the strong wind was great for pictures, it was still chilly. However, their love for each other shone beyond the chill! So far, this might be my last shoot for this year and how fitting that during this Christmas season we celebrate the beautiful blessing of children. Maternity and infant photography evokes various emotions in me such as awe, joy, solemnity, romance, and love. In the following pictures, I captured and edited them with those emotions in mind. Vandana and Tushar's Traditional Indian Engagement Party (Florida) SEE MAIN WEBSITE GALLERY

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing Vandana and Tushar's traditional Indian engagement party. I have always been intrigued by the color, pageantry, and culture of Indian celebrations so I was looking forward to capturing this milestone in their lives. Tushar and Vandana were both very happy and obviously in love. This was enhanced by their friends and family who even traveled from Africa to share in the celebration! Their parents were lovely and ensured that I had a great time :-) They are definitely loved and it shows the importance of the engagement ceremony in the Indian culture. Jilna Patel Jasani of Suhaag Garden did an awesome job with the peacock themed decor that matched Vandana's dress! She has a lovely website that you can visit at www.suhaaggarden.com. Victor Patel (amazingdj@hotmail.com) also did a great job as a DJ playing Hindi music. A beautiful job was done as well with the special effects lighting.
